He now brings his style and health conscious cuisine to the Triangle area to serve intimate small groups, private families , athletes, for one occasion or forever. He recently had the privileged to hone his craft under the watchful tutelage of Chef Betty Redwood renown local chef in the Durham area...when not delighting guest with his cuisine he's purveyor of Dewitt's Black Diamond Orchard committed to cultivation of the Black Perigon truffle, a 20 year financial professional he also provides funding for home buyers, rides his motorcycle and plays golf... A true renaissance man.
